Orange and Cardamom Cold-Brewed Coffee

Ingredients

For 2–4 servings use:

  • 1 quart of water
  • 1 cup of coffee (medium-grind)
  • 1 orange
  • A dozen of gently crushed cardamom pods

Use a citrus zester to scrape the outer cover of the orange into a jar. Add the crushed cardamom, coffee and water. Stir your mixture and allow it to sit at room temperature for at least 24 hours. Next, sieve using a coffee filter or any other fine mesh sieve and store in the fridge. You can serve over ice if you want to enjoy immediately. In case the proportions are too strong for you, increase water or pour in a properly whisked sweetened condensed milk.

Cinnamon Sweet Latte Coffee

1 cup of water (filtered)

1-2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 cup hot coffee

2 tablespoon of milk froth (You can use 1/2 cup of milk)

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • Cinnamon Syrup

Put cinnamon in a small saucepan and add water. Place in the stove and heat on a low temperature as you stir. Remove after 5 minutes and pour in a sealable glass jar. Keep sealed in the fridge while you prepare the other ingredients.

  • Latte

This involves mixing 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and a 1 tablespoon of cinnamon syrup in your mug. Pour in the rest of the ingredients. You can sweeten it more by adding extra maple syrup.

Peppermint Patty Coffee

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces coffee (freshly brewed)
  • 2 ounces milk (skimmed)
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa mix (powdered)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Constantine Coffee

Ingredients

For 3 Servings use;

  • Ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup of dark roast coffee (ground)
  • 1/3 cup of honey
  • 2 broken cinnamon sticks
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom (ground)
  • 3 cups of water
  • Milk

Process

In a pot, whip together the cinnamon sticks and coffee, then add water. Put on this mixture to brew, just like you would do with normal coffee. Remove and pour in honey and cardamom to the hot brew. Whip the mixture for honey to dissolve. Replace the lid and store it in the refrigerator to chill.
