London Masterclass on Coffee Cocktails

Brush up on your coffee cocktails skills in two masterclasses this week at Bar Termini in London

Marco Arrigo and Mulmar Foodservice Solutions will offer to a mixologist masterclass called “Coff-tails” on Tuesday, February 16, and Wednesday, February 17, at the famous Bar Termini in London.

For £30, coffee professionals and enthusiasts alike can learn about the craft of coffee cocktail development, and the history of the Faema E61.

Head of Quality for Illy, Marco Arrigo will instruct students on making the most of the legendary Faema E61 to produce fantastic coffee cocktails for service in cafes and bars alike.

Further, renowned historian of Italian espresso, Professor Jonathan Morris from the University of Hertfordshire, will lecture on the evolution of the E61 and its impact on Italian coffee culture, using materials from the Faema archives.

Attendees will also participate in a variety of coffee tastings.
